"I was very much surprised by the welcoming and hospitality I and my family received to, at, and on our way back from the Disneyland trip. The service we were offered was second to none and all our needs were taken care of. The structure of the trip was awesome as it wasn't very rushed and therefore allowed us time to relax and enjoy ourselves. Muni was a really good guide as she knew about the various places in Paris and informed us and also kept us entertained. Hope to travel with you again."

"I took my family on a trip to Disneyland Paris with Phoenix Tours. It was a trip to be remembered. My children, who are 3 and 7 years old enjoyed every moment of it. There was lots to do and for all ages. The tour that we went with helped us. When we got to the park they gave us tips on which places to go and see first. The staff was very helpful and kind, they made sure we were comfortable throughout the trip. My family was really happy of the whole trip and we hope to go again next year."

"Last Easter (2007) my daughter Daisy and I travelled with Phoenix Tours on a long weekend to Paris. The trip included coach travel to and from our destination, overnight accommodation (three nights) with breakfast, a tour of Paris and two full days at the Paris Disneyland resort. Although the journey was long and at times tiresome the trip overall was a resounding success. The accommodation was clean and friendly. The driver Hitesh was professional and looked after the party well. Unfortunately the traffic in Paris was particularly heavy (Good Friday - so it was understandable) this delayed our arrival which meant our time in Paris itself was rushed and cut short. There was not sufficient time to see everything we wanted to and a shopping trip had to be postponed. However, this did not detract from the success of the weekend. Disneyland was fantastic, the coach and accommodation were first class and the company was friendly and welcoming. Thank you Hitesh and Phoenix Tours for a wonderful weekend. "

"I knew my first trip to France would be unforgettable, but, travelling with Phoenix Tours made sure this became true. I really enjoyed the trip as it was amusing on the coach with all the DVDs and music that caters for all, as well as our tour manager making sure everyone was OK. I hoped the trip wouldn’t end, but as we know all things come to an end. I will definitely be travelling with Phoenix in the future.

"The trip to Paris was a breath of fresh air for Chloe and I. For her it was very exciting and a break for the weekend. Our Hotel was lovely, we had lots of fun with the other members on the tour. At the end of our holiday, we felt like one family. Eating, drinking and sharing with one and other. A group of people we would travel with again. It’s our second time travelling with Phoenix tours.
