Trip Summary

Lille, in northern France, is a lovely city, especially at Christmas when the traditional Christmas Market draws crowds from far and near. This is a great trip to get you in the festive spirit, and a great opportunity to pick out gifts for loved ones. We also give you the opportunity to do low-cost shopping in Calais.

Jump on the coach at your chosen pick-up point and we head down to Dover, where we board the Ferry. After a short journey we arrive in Calais where we make our way to Pidou Superstore for shopping – the wine and beer here is particularly good.

By early afternoon we are on our way to Lille Christmas Market; one of the most well known and oldest markets of its kind in France. There\'s everything that you need for a great Christmas here! Such as decorations, wooden toys, gifts, show pieces, arts and crafts and much more. We arrive back in London late in the evening.
